Village English offers a refund to the student in the following situations. Refunds to students who enrolled through a representative should be collected from the representative. All cancelations guidelines listed below apply equally to students who have enrolled through a representative. In cases where a special or seasonal rate has been negotiated, refunds will be issued based on standard Village English list prices, not based on the negotiated rate. Where refunds have been approved, the refund will be made in the mode the original payment was made e.g. if the fees were paid by credit card, then Village English will issue a debit advice against the original credit card for the refund. Bank fees are non-refundable.
All application fees, placement fees, courier fees and bank fees are non-refundable.
