REFUND POLICY
Village English offers a refund to the student in the following situations. Refunds to students who enrolled through a representative should be collected from the representative. All cancellations guidelines listed below apply equally to students who have enrolled through a representative. In cases where a special or seasonal rate has been negotiated, refunds will be issued based on standard Village English list prices, not based on the negotiated rate. Where refunds have been approved, the refund will be made in the mode the original payment was made e.g. if the fees were paid by credit card, then Village English will issue a debit advice against the original credit card for the refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Registration Fee of CDN $125.00 and Homestay Placement Fee of CDN $100.00 are non-refundable.
Program Changes and Vacations:
If you reduce your hours of tuition but continue unbroken study at Village English, you may use any remaining fees, which will be calculated by the General Manager, to extend your study period. You may take vacation once in a 4-month period, after 2 months of continuous study. No refund will be given, but if you pay an administration fee, you may extend your study period by your vacation time.
