Please follow the following steps to ensure an easy Registration at Village English:
1. Fill out the Registration form . Please indicate your start date from the Calendar (Price and Calendar link). To ensure your plesant stay with the host family, please indicate any special concerns/requests such as allergies, food preferences etc. It is important you read and fully understand our Refund Policy located at the bottom located at the bottom of the Registration Form.
2. You should receive an Invoice from Village English or your local Agent/Representative within 10 business days from the date you send in your Registration Form.
3. Remit the total amount stated in your invoice at least 30 days prior to your start date. You can find our bank information at the bottom of your invoice. The Invoice amount does NOT include local transfer bank fees. Please make sure to clarify these charges with your local bank (please pay all bank charges in your local currency).
4. Once your payment is received by Village English, we will send you your Letter of Acceptance. If a Student Visa is required from your country to enter Canada, you will need to present this Letter Of Acceptance to the nearest Canadian Consular Office.
5. You are required to have Insurance coverage while you are in Canada. You may obtain the insurance in your country prior to your departure or you can participate in our special Student Group Plan.
