NOTES: (1) The Deluxe Fluency program consists of 25 group lessons per week plus an additional 5 one-on-one lessons per week.
(2)Discounts (12 and 24 week) apply for full prepayment only. Fees include costs for materials, instruction, and participation in our Community Workshop. TOEFL and TOEIC Preparation classes require the purchase of additional textbooks.
(3)Books: students enrolled for less than 12 weeks will be required to purchase course books. Each 8 week period requires two sets of books at a cost of CDN $45.00 per set. There is no charge for books for enrollment for 12 weeks and over. (4)Homestay fees include a private bedroom & three meals a day. Accommodations are available from the Saturday or Sunday immediately preceding the course start day and students are asked to leave their Homestay on the Saturday or Sunday following their course end date. Students requiring other arrangements should contact the school at least 4 weeks in advance.
(5) Any last-minute changes in flight plans should be sent to Village English immediately. If these changes are not received, Village English is not responsible for airport reception and the reception fee will be forfeited.
(6)Insurance coverage is compulsory. A student must either take out an insurance policy before he/she leaves for Canada or join the Village English Group Insurance Plan.
* Program upgrades are available once the course has begun. Please consult our Registrar after you begin classes if you would like to upgrade. Requests for fewer hours will be treated as cancellations.
Village English reserves the right to limit enrolment based on availability and adherence to our nationality quota.
